Thriftwood Residential 2026

Year 4 enjoyed an exciting three-day residential at Thriftwood Scout Campsite in Brentwood, where they camped in tents and experienced their first time staying away from home as a year group. During the day, the Year 3 children joined them for a fantastic programme of outdoor adventures, including zip wires, a climbing wall, kayaking, archery, air rifles, crate stacking, a vertical assault course, pedal cars and the thrilling leap of faith, alongside many other activities. Despite some particularly challenging weather conditions, the children showed wonderful resilience, determination and teamwork throughout their stay and really enjoyed the experience.
