EYFS Teacher (following two terms in KS1)

Salary: MPR,    Job Term: Full Time,    Appointment: Permanent.

Closing Date: Monday 4th September 2017 (4:00pm).

We are looking for an experienced Early Years teacher to join our team in January to teach two terms in KS1 before moving to EYFS in September 2018.

The right candidate will:

  • Have relevant experience in EYFS and be prepared to teach KS1 initially for two terms.
  • Understand the importance of using the interests and needs of the child as a basis of planning.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of using observations and assessments to inform planning.
  • Be able to create exciting learning opportunities that inspire our children.
  • Be able to lead art and design technology across the school.
  • Be willing to engage in high quality local and national CPD.

Midday Supervisors

We are looking to appoint Relief Midday Supervisors to provide cover when our existing MDSA’s are unavailable to work. These people will have the following personal qualities:

  • Enjoy supporting children in a play environment.
  • Be caring and nurturing towards our children.
  • Be flexible, willing to undertake a variety of tasks and attend work at short notice.
  • Understand and demonstrate confidentiality.
  • Be willing to abide by and follow the school’s policies and procedures.
  • Be willing to undertake training if required.You will be issued with a ‘casual’ contract and paid according to the number of hours you are employed to work which will vary from week to week. This will be on the pay grade 1 point 6.

Breakfast & After School Club Assistants

Due to increased demand, we have extended our Breakfast and After School Club provision and are looking to appoint occasional Relief Assistants for these Clubs. Breakfast Club hours are 8.15-9.00am and After School Club 3.20-5.15pm.
